Seek | Say

Child Safety Standards

Effective date:

Our Commitment

Seek | Say is committed to protecting children and preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Content that sexualizes, exploits, harms, endangers, or targets minors is strictly prohibited. We act swiftly to remove such content, disable accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

Scope

These standards apply to all user-generated content, including questions, responses, broadcasts, usernames, images, links, and messages across the Seek | Say platform.

Prohibited Content & Behavior

Age Policy

Seek | Say is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements of their region. We may restrict or remove accounts that we believe are used by underage individuals or used to target minors.

Reporting & Contact

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve the exploitation of a child, please report it immediately through in-app reporting or by contacting us at seekorsay_support@nexjenlabs.com. Include links, screenshots, user IDs, and any context that can help our team review promptly.

Moderation & Enforcement

We review reports with priority. Confirmed violations result in removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, and—when appropriate—referral to law enforcement or relevant authorities. We may preserve data to comply with legal requests.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We comply with applicable laws and valid legal requests. We may disclose account and content information in accordance with our Terms and Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Data Handling

Report details and moderation records are handled securely and retained only as long as necessary for safety, compliance, and legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Updates

We may update these standards from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
