1. Who We Are

Seek | Say ("App", "Service") is owned and operated by NextJen Labs LLC, a Delaware limited-liability company.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to information we collect through the App and related services, including login verification, user-generated content, analytics, push notifications, and other features.

Sensitive Data Note: We do not intentionally collect health, biometric, or religious data. However, precise geolocation is considered sensitive data under applicable laws (including Delaware law) and is collected only with your device permission to enable the Service's core functionality.

4. Use of Phone Numbers & SMS

Used only for login verification.
Standard carrier rates apply.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance.
Opting out may prevent continued access.

5. Retention

Phone numbers are linked to your account while active.
OTPs are short-lived and not stored.
UGC may persist in anonymized form after deletion.
Unused credits expire worthless upon deletion.
Some logs, backups, and records may be retained for a reasonable period for security, auditing, or legal compliance.

6. Sharing & Disclosure

We share data only:

With service providers (e.g., SMS, hosting, analytics).
For legal or safety reasons.
In business transfers (merger/acquisition).

No Sale of Data: We do not sell personal data for money. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without consent.

7. User Rights

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
Deletion: You may request account deletion in-app. Deletion removes profile and active data, except where retention is legally required or permitted (e.g., anonymized UGC).
Credits: Credit balances are not refunded upon deletion.
Right to Appeal: If we deny a privacy request, you may appeal by emailing us. If unresolved, residents of certain states (including Delaware) may contact their state Attorney General.

8. Security

We use technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. All traffic uses HTTPS. Supabase encrypts at rest. We apply least-privilege controls. No method is 100% secure. Liability is disclaimed to the fullest extent.

8.1 Data Breach Notification

We will notify affected users of data breaches as required by applicable law, within the timelines specified by law.

9. Children & Teens

Under 13: The Service is not for children under 13. If such data is found, we delete it.
Teen Safety (13-17): We do not sell the personal data of users under 18 or use it for targeted advertising without affirmative consent.

10. International Data Transfers

Data is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to transfer to and processing in the U.S. under applicable safeguards.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by Delaware law.
