Who We Are
Seek | Say ("App", "Service") is owned and operated by NextJen Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "our"), a Delaware limited-liability company.
Scope
This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service, including SMS-based login verification.

Sensitive Categories
We do not intentionally collect government IDs, health, or biometric data.
How We Use Phone Numbers & SMS
- To send one-time passwords (OTPs) for login and account security.
- At present, phone numbers are used only for verification.
- You may reply STOP to opt out of receiving SMS. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Retention of Phone Numbers
- Phone numbers remain linked to your account while it is active.
- OTP codes are short-lived and not stored once validated.
- We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties.
Sharing & Disclosure
We share information only:
- With service providers (e.g., SMS carriers, hosting, analytics).
- For legal compliance or safety.
- During business transfers (merger, acquisition).
We do not sell personal data.
Your Rights & Choices
- Opt-out of SMS – Reply STOP to end future SMS. Reply HELP for help.
- Opt-out of marketing emails – If marketing emails are ever sent, you may unsubscribe.
- Delete account – Use the in-app option. When deleted, your profile and associated data are removed from active systems, except where law requires retention.
Security
All App traffic uses HTTPS. Supabase encrypts data at rest. We apply least-privilege access controls. No method of storage is 100% secure.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. If we discover such data, we will delete it.
International Data Transfers
Your information is processed and stored in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to transfer to the U.S.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other reasonable means.
Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
